Zero Incidents

A Zero total recordable Incident rate requires a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) program embraced by all staff and sub-contractors at every project.  AGI’s HSE program assures -site safety analysis before the mobilization of any project. An in-depth site-specific safety plan for each project including a mandatory hard hat, eye protection and work boots policy on all job sites is our mandate. Strict project guidelines for a healthy work environment include employee and subcontractor safety orientations and weekly health and safety meetings.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Goals

The Health and Safety Goals are our measures used to gauge whether our (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance Objectives) HESQA are being met. They define major performance measures for the HSEQA Management System such as: Management Accountability, Program Objectives, Employee Participation and our Emergency Response Plan. Additionally, we provide Line Management with Competent and Consistent Technical Support that conducts Task-Specific Hazard Analysis. We reward exemplary performance with continual internal reviews of HSE Management System.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

AGI’s construction’s HSEQA (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance) has developed and implemented a modern HSEQA program. The program is comprised of employees representing all departments of our company to undertake a comprehensive view of the separate HSE and QA programs, and to ensure mutual conformity in the details of each, so that AGI’s company objective of providing meaningful client solutions is realized.

Line managers will assure the integration of the elements described in this safety and health program throughout the demonstration and operating phases of each project.
